Pronunciation

Learn to speak English more clearly. Students will also better understand the speech patterns of native English speakers.
Basic Survival English
Level: Beginner levels
Develop better speaking in everyday situations such as: banking, shopping, asking for directions or other information, and learning dialogues for using a travel agency, renting a car, etc. This is a useful class if you are newly arrived in the USA.
English Conversation: Low Intermediate
Level: Beginner and Low Intermediate
Discuss a variety of issues and improve oral communication skills while increasing confidence in expressing feelings, ideas and opinions in conversational English.
English Conversation: High Intermediate
Level: High Intermediate and Advanced
Discuss a variety of issues and improve oral communication skills while increasing confidence in expressing feelings, ideas and opinions in conversational English.
English Conversation: Advanced
Level: Advanced (level 4 and up)
Discuss a variety of issues and improve oral communication skills while increasing confidence in expressing feelings, ideas and opinions in conversational English.

Discussing the News

Read a news magazine and discuss and debate current issues from news, social, and cultural topics. Improve high level vocabulary and speaking skills.
Discussing Values and Philosophies
Level: Advanced (level 4 and up)
Listen to famous and not so famous individuals share their personal philosophies and core values that guide their daily lives. Be challenged to explore, discuss, and write about the essays in the text. Improve high level vocabulary and speaking skills.

TOEIC Preparation Class
Level: Intermediate-Advanced
Increase your TOEIC (Test of English for International Communication) score. Focus on listening and reading strategies to answer questions centered on pictures, questions and responses, short conversations, and short talks. Students are required to buy the book for this class.
TOEFL iBT Preparation Class: Reading, Writing, Listening
Level: Advanced (levels 4 and up)
This class is designed for students who need a higher TOEFL score for the TOEFL Next Generation iBT. Students are required to buy the book for this class.
TOEFL iBT Speaking Class
